I'm a software developer who works at the intersection of workflow discovery, product definition, and the story that carries a system to the people who have to use it. My background bridges business and technology. I studied Business Administration and pivoted into software through NLP research, then spent years building financial systems at scale before moving into full-stack consulting. In consulting I sit with the client, not behind the work: I run the discovery, prototype the interface, write the documentation, and walk the team through acceptance. The systems I build are only finished when the people who depend on them understand why they work that way.
