About
Natalia McMurtrie
I'm a software developer and systems thinker who works at the intersection of workflow discovery, product definition, and agent governance. My background bridges business and technology. I studied Business Administration and pivoted into software through NLP research, then spent years building financial systems at scale before moving into full-stack consulting. I design systems that make agents useful: defining what they own, where humans stay in the loop, and how quality is maintained across the lifecycle.
